We are happy to arrange accommodation for you according to your requirements. We strongly recommend students stay in an English home as this gives them a great opportunity to practise speaking English out of the classroom and to experience the British way of life in a homely environment. All our hosts are carefully selected and monitored to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
In home-stay accommodation, clean bed-linen and towels are provided by the host on a weekly basis.
Average weekly accommodation fees are £75 for home-stay self-catering; £95 for home-stay half board (breakfast and dinner). Enquire about Home Stay Accommodation.
Private Accommodation
If students prefer to have a more independent lifestyle, we can also arrange for them to stay in privately rented accommodation with other students. This gives them a great opportunity to make friends with students from other countries. This is on a self-catering basis and there is a choice of single or shared rooms.
The average weekly accommodation fee is £75 per week.

Spinnaker College Residential Accommodation Take the worry out of searching for accommodation that you can afford, and stay in a great location just moments from the beach. Spinnaker College is now able to offer our students residential accommodation in newly refurbished flats, with all-inclusive, excellent value, rental rates. The rate is only £140 per month, per student, including all bills, and free Internet access. More details: Students share a furnished three bedroom flat, containing a large sitting room, furnished to a high standard (with leather sofas, modern dining table and chairs), bathroom, separate wc, and kitchen, which is equipped with a washing machine, electric cooker and fridge freezer. There is a choice of sharing a bedroom, or having your own double room, depending on your budget. Each flat has a balcony, and during the warmer months students can enjoy the communal gardens, which surround the apartments. Sited in a peaceful location, just a short distance from the sea front, these flats are an ideal place for studying. The apartments are right near a large park, ideal for those who like to jog or play football. The bus stop is near the flats, alternatively, it's approximately 40 minutes walk in to the college.
