Social Programme

Whilst learning English at Spinnaker College you'll want to enjoy living the English lifestyle, and that includes having fun! We offer you opportunities to explore England together with your fellow students, which is a great way to get to know them, as well as practise your English!

Nights Out

During the week we might take you bowling at Gunwharf Quays, organise a trip to enjoy a traditional English seasonal event, such as Bonfire Night, or invite you to join a salsa class.

There are also weekly sporting activities such as football, or tennis in the Summer.

Spinnaker College is right in the heart of the university district. You'll find that pubs, clubs, restaurants, cinema, museums and shops are all a short walk from the college, as well as the beach and seaside attractions. So there is always lots to do together!

Excursions

Every other Saturday there is a day trip to places like London, the Isle of Wight, Brighton, Stonehenge, Arundel and Oxford.

Of course, we like to think that we're providing you with an interesting and stimulating programme, but we regularly ask YOU what you want to do, so that we know you're going to the places you want to visit.
