It will also improve your ability to write reports, give presentations, negotiate with clients and hold meetings in English  The course covers the following: • Socialising – building relationships, welcoming visitors, eating out. • Telephoning – calls, messages. • Meetings – making them effective, asking opinions, interrupting, clarifying, ending. • Negotiations – preparation, bargaining, rejecting, difficulties, concluding. • Presentations – planning, visual aids, linking ideas, summarizing questions.
This course leads to a recognized City & Guilds qualification. Because it is an external exam course there are pass grades for successful candidates. There are 3 levels, Intermediate (B1/2), Upper Intermediate and Advanced English.

Accommodation: We recommend the Ibis Hotel (2 Star), which is very close to the college. Rooms are available through Spinnaker College for only £55 per night (sleeps 2), including a cooked buffet breakfast.There is a restaurant on site as well as Wi-Fi.
