Spinnaker College Residential Accommodation - Flats

Take the worry out of searching for accommodation that you can afford, and stay in a great location just moments from the beach. Spinnaker College is now able to offer our students residential accommodation in newly refurbished flats, with all-inclusive, excellent value, rental rates.

The rate is only £140 per month, per student, including all bills, and free Internet access.

Students share a furnished three bedroom flat, containing a large sitting room, furnished to a high standard (with leather sofas, modern dining table and chairs), bathroom, separate wc, and kitchen, which is equipped with a washing machine, electric cooker and fridge freezer.  There is a choice of sharing a bedroom, or having your own double room, depending on your budget.

Each flat has a balcony, and during the warmer months students can enjoy the communal gardens, which surround the apartments.  Sited in a peaceful location, just a short distance from the sea front, these flats are an ideal place for studying.  The apartments are right near a large park, ideal for those who like to jog or play football.  The bus stop is near the flats, alternatively, it's approximately 40 minutes walk in to the college.  For those with a car, there is even the possibility of renting garage space, at a low cost.
